UM School of Journalism alumna Shannon Furniss is the founder and managing director of Market Interactives, a communications and marketing firm based in Missoula. Before starting her business, she served as communications director at UM’s Bureau of Business and Economic Research and managing editor of Montana Business Quarterly.
